Delivery conditions

Our normal delivery times are 2-7 working days depending on the shipping option chosen. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If there are any delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

The shipping cost is 49 SEK and if the order is over 300 SEK, shipping is free. Delivery is via DHL.

Ordering

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the details about your order. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately.

Unclaimed packages

You must provide valid and correct delivery information. If Laila Bagge Beauty AB receives a package that was sent to the wrong address or was not picked up, the customer is responsible for paying for the new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be charged.

Complaints & Returns

As a consumer, you have the right under Swedish law to make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years after purchase, but within a reasonable time from the discovery of a defect. The right to make a complaint applies to defects that can be traced back to the production of the product and therefore does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product. Laila Bagge Beauty AB reserves the right to firstly remedy the defect, secondly re-deliver the product and ultimately repurchase. Please contact our customer service regarding questions about complaints and returns at info@kolai.se

In the event of any dispute, we will follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on kolai.se and Laila Bagge Beauty AB, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you have received the goods you have ordered. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged upon receipt of the package.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce.

Please note that Laila Bagge Beauty AB is not responsible for return shipping.
